Diana Mesa

Founder, Registered Dietitian

Diana is a weight inclusive dietitian and uses a non-diet approach to help you connect with your intuitive eater and apply mindfulness to your relationship with food and body while enjoying the cultural foods you grew up eating. She focuses on helping you build health-supporting habits instead of focusing on the number on the scale. Look no further if you are looking to ditch the dieting and find food freedom and peace. Similarly, if you want to facilitate an immersive health experience for your workplace, Diana can customize workshops and cooking demos to fit your needs.

Danielle Portuondo

Registered Dietitian

Danielle is a Cuban American Registered Dietitian who believes food is and should be nourishing, enjoyable, and deeply personal.

With years of experience in weight management, diabetes care, and mindful eating, she helps people build a sustainable relationship with food, without guilt or restriction. Her approach is rooted in science and compassion. She uses mindfulness tools and the “all foods fit” philosophy to support members in achieving their goals in a way that honors both their body and lifestyle. Whether navigating blood sugar balance, emotional eating, or creating more ease around food, Danielle is here to walk beside you with curiosity, not judgment. Let’s reconnect with what nourishes you—mind, body, and spirit. Outside of work, she loves going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, attending concerts and going on long walks with her two sweet dogs! Being outside is important to her and she loves going on camping trips and hikes.

Lily Martinez

Virtual Assistant

Born in Havana, Cuba, and raised in Florida, Lily brings her culture’s deep appreciation for food and community into everything she does. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Public Health, and she is soon to become a Registered Dietitian. Passionate about promoting health and nourishment in a positive, sustainable way, Lily is dedicated to helping others build a balanced relationship with food and their bodies.

Outside of her professional life, Lily finds peace and inspiration in the outdoors. She’s happiest surrounded by fresh air and mountain views, always choosing a mountain getaway over the beach. An avid animal lover, she believes compassion extends beyond people to all living beings. Her goal is to continue advocating for preventive health and community well-being, one meal and one mindset at a time.
