  • Do you have a physical location?
    At the moment, En La Mesa Nutrition is fully virtual. Currently, some home visits are offered to locals. Contact us for special pricing.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We are currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For those with other insurance plans not listed, services can be paid with credit or debit card. Health savings accounts (HSA, FSA) are accepted and payment plans are available. We can also provide a superbill and you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note, there is no guarantee of reimbursement and every insurance plan is different. Call your insurance provider and clarify your benefits and if this is an option for you.
  • Do you offer individual sessions?
    Yes. We are now offering individual sessions. Visit the Services page to learn more.
  • What are your office hours?
    Diana works with clients from Monday through Thursday. Below are available hours: Monday: 9am - 6pm EST Tuesday: 10am - 6pm EST Wednesday: 9am - 12pm EST Thursday: 9am - 12pm EST If you give us a call, please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call within 24-48 business hours. Please send us an email or text message for a faster reply.
  • Do you work with children?
    I can offer basic group nutrition classes for groups of children, but for my 1:1 sessions, I work with adults. Children will benefit from a pediatric nutritionist who can use appropriate language to educate and encourage without negatively affecting their relationship with food.
