FAQs

  • Do you have a physical location?
    We have a physical location in Portland, Oregon, where we see a limited number of clients during part of the year. Mostly, though, services are offered virtually across 27 states and counting.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    We are currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, and United Healthcare commercial plans only. We are not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid. For those with other insurance plans not listed, services can be paid with a credit or debit card. Health savings accounts (HSA, FSA) are also accepted, and payment plans are available. We can also provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and every insurance plan is different. Call your insurance provider to clarify your benefits and determine if this is an option for you.
  • What states can you work with clients in?
    We are currently licensed in or serving the following states: AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY We are currently working on getting licensed in Kentucky. If you don't see your state and want to work with us, please contact us.
  • Do you offer individual sessions?
    Yes. We are now offering individual sessions. Visit the Services page to learn more.
  • What are your office hours?
    Diana works with clients from Monday through Wednesday. Below are available hours: Monday: 9am - 6pm EST Tuesday: 10am - 6pm EST Wednesday: 9am - 6pm EST If you give us a call, please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call within 24-48 business hours. Please send us an email or text message for a faster reply. The fastest way to book an appointment with us is to schedule a 15-minute discovery call.
  • Do you work with children?
    I can offer basic group nutrition classes for groups of children, but for my 1:1 sessions, I work with adults. Children will benefit from a pediatric nutritionist who can use appropriate language to educate and encourage without negatively affecting their relationship with food.
