Frequently Asked Questions
We have a physical location in Portland, Oregon, where we see a limited number of clients during part of the year.
Mostly, though, services are offered virtually across 27 states and counting.
We are currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, and United Healthcare commercial plans only. We are not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid.
For those with other insurance plans not listed, services can be paid with a credit or debit card. Health savings accounts (HSA, FSA) are also accepted, and payment plans are available.
We can also provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and every insurance plan is different. Call your insurance provider to clarify your benefits and determine if this is an option for you.
We are currently licensed in or serving the following states:

I can offer basic group nutrition classes for groups of children, but for my 1:1 sessions, I work with adults. Children will benefit from a pediatric nutritionist who can use appropriate language to educate and encourage without negatively affecting their relationship with food.
